个人简介:

Dr. Zhu Yao is a Lecturer in the School of Foreign Languages at Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University. She completed her Ph.D. in Education at the University of Auckland in 2022. She is a qualified literacy teacher with more than 10 years of experience in tertiary education in both New Zealand and China. Her research interests include multicultural education, gifted and talented education, and Q methodology. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals such as Gifted Child Quarterly and Exceptional Children. Additionally, she has contributed chapters to several books on Chinese literacy education and teaching strategies for gifted and talented students.
