
个人简介:
Dr. Zhu Yao is a Lecturer in the School of Foreign Languages at Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University. She completed her Ph.D. in Education at the University of Auckland in 2022. She is a qualified teacher with many years of tertiary education experience in both New Zealand and China, her research interests include gifted and talented education, as well as the education of minority and disadvantaged students. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals such as Teaching and Teacher Education, Gifted Child Quarterly, and Exceptional Children. Additionally, she has contributed chapters to several books on literacy education and teaching strategies for gifted and talented students.
